We know that sometimes things don’t go to plan. If we have made a mistake, you can trust that we will look to rectify things swiftly. If you need to return a frame or mount to us, please contact us by telephone or email first. We will issue you with a Returns Reference number for the package. We also suggest that you retain the original packaging until you are satisfied with your order.
You should also contact us directly in the unlikely event that your order has been damaged in transit.
As all our frames are custom made to order, we cannot accept returned items that have been correctly manufactured to the dimensions and styles you entered in our Frame Designer. But please do contact us even if the issue has arisen from errors outside our control – we would like to help if we can.
