The courier companies we use define two charging zones. Unfortunately they charge extra for certain of the UK’s Islands and Highlands and some regions we are unable to deliver to. Please check the ‘Where to’ section below and ensure you select your correct delivery region in your basket . It will always clearly show any delivery costs.
We all hate delivery charges, so we really do just pass these on at cost – and wherever we can, we offer FREE delivery based on the value of your frame order and your delivery address. See below.

What if I select the wrong postage zone?
Unfortunately we won’t be able to send your order until this is resolved. We will need to contact you to arrange for the correct payment to be made.
How do we send the frames?
We use one of the reputable major national courier companies who collect from us and deliver direct to your door. We will email you to let you know that your order has been dispatched so that you’ll know it’s on its way.
Can you collect?
Yes, if you are one of our more local customers you can select ‘collection’ in the basket. We’ll let you know when your order is complete and we’ll keep it here for you.
