Current collection procedure
When collecting your work, please come in the usual entrance. If we’re serving other customers and it’s not possible to maintain social distancing we may redirect you to our other door (Unit 7) and we’ll do the ‘handover’ there.
Car park collection
If you are particularly at risk we can bring your finished work out to your car. Please pop your head in the door, or telephone us on your arrival. Please bear with us as we may be serving other customers.
Inspecting the work
We have always liked to show customers the work (and check it!) on collection. However, to minimise the amount of handling, we currently prefer to hand the pieces over as wrapped. Obviously, let us know if there are problems with the work, but please, please handle them with care when in transit.
To minimise personal contact at the time of collection we are encouraging customers to pay online prior to collecting their order. This is not compulsory.
We can still take card payments on collection, inclusing in the car park (if you park close to our workshop).
Pay in advance via Online Banking
It would really help us if you could include your account reference (which is on your order confirmation and invoice), or your name, when making an online payment.

If you’d like to pay online via card, please email email@example.com and we’ll send you and invoice with a SagePay link.
This payment method will also accept payment via PayPal.
We have hand sanitising positioned at both doors and throughout the workshops. Please feel free to use them.
