We've suspending the appointment system
2nd October 2020:
When we reopened after lockdown, we implemented the appointment system in response to feedback from our customers. This seemed to work well in the early days of the ‘new normal’. However as the weeks have passed we’ve become aware that less people have used the appointment option, with the majority of customers now preferring to revert to the walk-in ‘first come first served’ system. (We all appear to be getting more used to the new way of ‘shopping’!)
Therefore we’ve suspended the appointment system for the forseable future.
We’ll see how it goes and reintroduce it if need be.
